Shipping Methods: Delivery of Digital Products

Bags and Seams Design sells only digital products and online courses. No physical goods are shipped by mail or parcel service. Therefore, there are no shipping costs, and there are no shipping options to choose from.

Digital Sewing Patterns and Downloads

Digital sewing patterns, sewing instructions, and other downloadable products will be made available electronically once the order has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed.

Delivery varies depending on the product:

• via a download link on the order confirmation page;
• via a download link sent by email;
• or through your personal customer account in the online store.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address when placing an order.

Online Courses

Online courses are made available after payment has been successfully received via the course platform systeme.io or a platform specified on the respective product page.

The login credentials or access link will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order. The content, scope, and duration of course access are specified in the respective product description.

Date of Availability

Access is generally granted automatically and immediately after payment has been confirmed. In some cases, activation may be delayed due to payment verification, maintenance work, or technical issues.

Technical Requirements

To use the digital content, the following are required in particular:

* an internet-enabled device;

* a program for opening PDF files;
* sufficient storage space;
* if you plan to print out the sewing patterns yourself, a suitable printer or a printing service, as needed.

No shipping costs and no customs fees

Since no physical goods are shipped, there are no shipping costs or import duties on goods deliveries.

However, depending on your country of residence, statutory sales, value-added, or digital taxes may apply. Any total amount due will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
